[Hilda is late. Again. She still hasn't adjusted her sleeping schedule to allow her to comfortably get up early enough to make it to school on time, so now she's running down the street--something which will probably be familiar to those who live on the route who are up at this time. She's attempting to swallow a muffin on the way. Really, what's the point of still going to school at this point?

She's pretty sure she forgot one of her books, too, but she's not about to go back for it now. It's just for a drone class anyway. Anyone who happens to be walking down the street, she's dodging around you like she's in an obstacle course.]

Ah, it's just not fair, who wakes up before eight in the morning...?

Nothing more than a count of the population; keeping track of the cards in play, so to speak. You wouldn't remember the last one conducted in Unova.

In a town as small as this, though. . . . And the questions were nothing short of bizarre.

Being the victim of psychic manipulation is nothing new, but... man. That wasn't cool at all. There's a feeling as if . . . I've finally seen a portion of the truth that lies underneath this facade. And it isn't a truth I care to know.

I heard of it. As Lady Luck would have it, in spite of living in a household composed entirely of those of the gentler persuasion, I didn't receive an order the entire day. My natural charm must have staved off the curse.

[More of a morning person than his not!sister, Hilbert's already up and on his way to school rather leisurely as he has time to spare.

He probably would have tried to wake her up earlier, but... that hasn't tended to work in the past, so he's more or less given up by now. Though he doesn't manage to hear rapidly approaching footsteps from behind as he walks...]

Keima is dredging himself to school as well, only because of the punishment meted if one does not go. He sees the running girl with a muffin in her mouth and just muses to himself.

"My school before coming here starts at 7:30. 8:00 is a luxury."
